Once the integration is enabled, you will be able to answer questions like:
- How many of the onboarded users become paying customers?
- How long does it take to become a paying customer?
- What actions have an impact on the decision to become a paying customer?
Integration type: Server Side
Data about payments is sent server side from Cheddar to InnerTrends the moment a payment occurs.

InnerTrends webhook endpoint:
Make sure to change ‘YOUR_INNERTRENDS_TOKEN’ to your project token. You can find your account token inside your InnerTrends account settings section.
After you login to your Recurly account, navigate to: Configuration > Service Hooks > Custom URL and fill in the form as shown in the image below using the above endpoint URL.
InnerTrends stores the amount paid for each successful order. Data is linked automatically to in-app user behavior, with the email address being the linking element.
