Integration type: Server Side

The data about support interactions is sent server side, in real time, from Freshdesk to InnerTrends the moment a support ticket is created or updated.

InnerTrends webhook endpoint:

Make sure to change ‘YOUR_INNERTRENDS_TOKEN’ to your project token. You can find your account token inside your InnerTrends account settings section.

Integration Details

After you login to your Freshdesk account, navigate to: Admin > Helpdesk Productivity > Dispatch’r and fill in the form as shown in the image below using the above endpoint URL under the Callback URL section.

Important! Under the Content section make sure to select the following fields which are mandatory:

  • Ticket ID
  • Source
  • Requester email
  • Triggered event
