The data about support interactions is sent server side, in real time, from Help Scout to InnerTrends the moment a support ticket is created or updated.
Integration Method: Webhook
InnerTrends webhook endpoint:
Make sure to change ‘YOUR_INNERTRENDS_TOKEN’ to your project token. You can find your account token inside your InnerTrends account settings section.
After you login to your Help Scout account, navigate to: Manage > Apps > Webhooks and fill in the form from the image below using the above endpoint URL under the Callback URL section.
Important! Under the Events section make sure to select the following fields:
- Conversation Created
- Conversation Assigned
- Conversation Customer Reply
- Customer Created
